The Bene Taschen Gallery presents Larry Fink: Feeling the Experience, an exhibition drawing from Fink’s series’s Social Graces, Somewhere There’s Music, The Vanities, and Boxing. Exploring various sociological and political themes, the exhibition focuses on work throughout his career, starting with the early work he made following his attendance at New York’s New School for Social Research. Beyond sociology, Feeling the Experience also focuses heavily on Fink’s love of jazz, as he was a musician in addition to a photographer; images of John Coltrane and Jimmy Rushing. Other legends in the exhibit include Mike Tyson and Jimmy Jacobs from his series Boxing. Feeling the Experience is on view until May 10, 2025.
